ISO Hose & Engineering Works offers a unique quick Hose Crimping Machine, Flexon Model LP/TRM/2, for crimping LPG hoses/fuel line hoses usually used in industrial and automobile industries. Features: the machine is hydraulically operated-motorised and has foot operation keeping both the hands free for easy crimping by the operator. It is suitable for crimping hoses from ¼” BSP to 1” BSP nuts end connections. The die head has a sturdy built having 3 sets of jaws of 8 segments each. The sets according to size of the hose are easily interchangeable by removing front plate of the die head. The jaws are of hardened die steel designed for double step crimping for zero accuracy. The machine is compact in size and is housed on castor wheels for easy shifting. Dimensions: height – 900 mm, width – 500 mm, length – 500 mm, and driving motor – 2 HP, 1440 RPM (3 phase) having on-off push buttons. The machine is nicely painted and is an asset for hose assembly manufacturers.
