ISO Hose & Engg Works Ltd, a pioneer in the field of manufacturing hose processing machines like hose crimping-hose cutting-hose skiving-hose testing and fitting inserters, has recently launched the latest model of Hose Crimping Machines under their brand name of Flexon. Model HP BKM-TT-16, which is an innovative product of this series of machines, is capable of crimping hydraulic hoses from ¼†to 2†ID size of R-2 and multi spiral hoses. The machine is economically priced and is offered with 10 units of suitable die sets, which are very easy to remove and insert. The die sets are from the best available raw materials ground and suitably tempered for long life operations. The machine operation is through electric controls and foot valve (optional) that even unskilled worker can operate. The movement of the crimping head piston is actuated by back plate twin hydraulic cylinders for smooth crimping.
