The IEEC ultra high frequency with auto watt density control corona treaters offer a number of superior features including maximum corona at input power and constant power at same speed without being affected by supply voltage fluctuations. Better efficiency and long life of dielectric is achieved by special zone extraction system which maintains negative pressure in ducting. Special types of multi fins electrodes are provided for better efficiency and better treatment level. Swinging assembly facilitates simple operations. These hitech corona treaters incorporate a number of features which provide protection from under over voltage, overload, zero speed, etc. Speed power tracking, bare roll treatment for metallic webs are offered as optionals. Audio/visual alarms are provided.
