Das Precision Machine Tools offers chip wringer to recover neat cutting oil or emulsion used as coolant from various types of chips generated from different machining operation like gear hobbing, automats, machining centres, lathes, etc. More than 90% oil mixed in the chips can be recovered and reused leading to huge savings in the form less oil procurement and increased scrap rate. Besides having a patented design of chip wringer, DPMT also offer horizontal continuous and bucket type designs to suit individual requirements. Chip wringers can be directly synchronised with the conveyor can be installed at separate chip yards or can be made mobile to take it from machine to machine. These are available in different sizes to handle 1 kg to 10 kg chips/minute, custom made completely automatic chip handling plants are available. Also, SPMs are available to achieve 100% dryness of chips.
