Das Precision Machine Tools manufactures Automatic Spring End Duplex Grinding Machines. It is user friendly. It is available in three different models for wire diameters ranging from 0.3 to 3.0 mm (SEG-3), 2.0 to 8.0 mm (SEG-8) and 3.0 to 12.0 mm (SEG-12). It has a unique spindle arrangement for ensuring better accuracies of E1 and E2 values. Smaller model machine is also available with twin head arrangement and single loading plate for higher production in single pass. Machines for higher ranges are well equipped with crush grinding and fully automatic downfeed arrangement. Other features are: infinitely variable speed for downfeed, loading plate etc. It is well equipped with safety features, viz, limit switches for loading plate table, spindle movement, etc.
