Bulk Hopper Feeder

Prod-Aid Engineers have developed Bulk Hopper Feeder for feeding bulky & heavy component to forging press, furnaces etc., it has limitations of bowl feeder is normally the holding capacity which is 10 -15 kg only, which results in frequent recharging the bowl for every 10 to 15 minute. It will augment the holding capacity of 'bowl feeder' to the extent of 100 Kg or 100 liters by enabling the feeding system to work without recharging for over an hours. The system is fitted with electromagnetic vibrator and can be made to work on auto cycle based on level sensor mounted on bowl feeder. It requires 230 volts single phase input supply and power requirement is as low as 160 VA. It has variation in hopper capacity, feed rate, material of constructions in M.S, S.S, or lined with vinyl mat is offered based on applications.
