A V Engineers was established in 1984 as a tool room for import substitution of machinery parts for various imported plant and machinery. It has made a remarkable progress and diversified to manufacture CNC machined turned components, jigs and fixtures, fabricated pallets, gravity conveyors, assembly conveyors and conveyor rollers for automobile, engineering, pharma and food industry. The unit has made a name for itself in meeting the stringent quality standards set by the present day customer and has got the ISO 9001:2000 certification in the year 2003. The company manufactures (tool room) hardened ground shafts, pins, bushes, hub, flanges; receiving gauges (machined, hardened ground, fabricated); gear blank, pinion, gear, sprocket; levers, cam, nozzles; plug, ring gauges; CNC machined components; CNC turned components; machined turned components made out of brass, SS alloy steel, aluminium, bronze, nylon, PVC, CI copper; pressure die casting sleeve, core pins, etc. It manufactures (fabrication shop) ? jigs and fixtures; conveyors; racks; trolley (for shop floor and assembly area movement); pallet (for storage and assembly conveyor); industrial component washing, degreasing machine; plastic crate washing machine (conveyorised, batch type); fabrication of stainless steel, MS aluminium railings, platform, structures, etc.
