A V Engineers offers Castors, DXMBH Series. The DXMBH series are pressed steel castors, specially designed to carry heavy and impact loads. Technological innovations of this series are unmatched. The clamp is made from 6 mm and the plate from 8 mm thick sheet steel. The centre bolt is forged from EN-8 steel and is strongly welded, bolted and secured to absorb shock loading and to reduce wear and tear. Smooth and reliable movement of the swivel head is achieved by the use of taper roller thrust ball bearing, which can be lubricated in the swivel head are covered in a manner which makes them dust-proof, enhancing their smoothness in the movement a wide choice in wheel material is available, depending upon the applications. The wheels are fitted with double sealed ball bearings, which reduces the inertia required and helps the castor to roll smoothly. Brakes are also available with wheel and swivel lock. Elegant designs of these castors are available in powder coating and zinc plating.
