Anti-Nitriding Stop-Off Paste

Steel Plant Specialities offers an Anti- Nitriding Stop-Off Paste for effective cost reduction in heat treatment. Gas nitriding is a case hardening process. It improves wear resistance, seizing resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue life. Quite often, selective gas nitriding becomes necessary. Espon-ANT stop-off paste is very useful for preventing nitriding at the desired areas of a component. Espon-ANT paste is ready to be used. It is non- hazardous and non-toxic. It does not emit any toxic fume during coating the components or during gas nitriding. Espon-ANT has a shelf life of 12 months in the factory sealed condition. It is packed in 1 and 10 kg capacity special HDPE containers. This product is being used by a number of leading gas nitriding units in India. Due to its non-hazardous nature and environment friendly constituents, Espon-ANT is export- worthy. Anti-scale protective coatings to prevent scaling and decarburization during heat treatment and a range of hot forging die lubricants are also manufactured by the company.
