Material Level Detector On Conveyor

Material Level Detector is designed for sensing material on the conveyor. The system consists of a paddle, sensor and control unit. The paddle is fixed on the conveyor such that it gets lifted due to material. The sensor senses the paddle position and the signal is given to controller. The controller operates relay. End contacts can be used in control circuit. By using these contacts the conveyor can be stopped when it is running empty and there is no material on the conveyor. Special level detectors with adjustable heights of material levels, which will trip at different heights of material, are also available.
