Flameproof Digital Process Monitor Controller has been developed for use in large process industries and manufacturing stations. The controller is designed for process automation where an instrument with special flameproof enclosure is required, for prevention against the hazardous environment. This controller is available with a glass window for viewing process parameters. Separate terminals and cable entries are available based on the requirement. This display is suitable for process parameters like flow, temperature, level, speed, pH etc. It accepts signal from field sensors and transmitters. The I/P can be 4- 20 mA, mV or any other. The indication is in the form of 0 - 100 % or any other engineering unit like RPM, pressure in Bars, M / Min, Litres / Min and Tonnes etc. Alarm and trip outputs are also available if some control action is required. Setting is done with a potentiometer, for this set parameter is indicated when push button is pressed. This indicator is wall mounted.
