Damaged Belt Detector/Belt Wair Monitor Infrared Type

Many times, in normal running of conveyor, some sharp objects get locked in the chute plate. Those sharp objects may cut the belt surface and the materials may fall down from the belt. Infrared Type Damaged Belt Detector is used to detect these damages.
Infrared type light beam curtain is fixed below the belt. In case of belt damage, material pieces or dust starts falling down through the belt slit. When the light beams are obstructed by falling material through conveyor, same is detected and alarm is activated. Special electronic circuit may be used for dusty environment.
