Pneumatic rotary actuators introduced by “aira” conform to ISO 5211 International Standards for quarter turn ball valves/butterfly valves/damper controls; plug valves. The torque values are up to 4500 Nm, and size range is suitable for ball valves – up to 14”; and for butterfly valves – up to 36”. Sliding skates are provided between the piston and inner surface of actuator. This prevents metal-to-metal friction and enhances the life of actuator. Compact design offers high torque value by consuming more air due to the deep hole in the racks. The actuator contains preloaded spring cartridges, which prevent accident risk during disassembling. Accessories: solenoid valve as per Namur standard; limit switch box with position indicator as per Namur standard; filter + regulator with gauge; manual override; pneumatic valve positioner; electro-pneumatic valve positioner; I/P converter; and air lock valve.
