Aira Euro Automation offers a pneumatic high torque Rotary Actuator for quarter turn ball valves, butterfly valves, damper controls, etc. Developed in-house with continuous efforts by the company’s technical team, these high torque actuators are ready for despatch immediately to fulfil all regular requirements. The torque of this new actuator is 4500 Nm at 5 bar air pressure. The tube of the actuator is made from stainless steel. The model of the actuator is 1718/2718 double acting and single acting. It easily operates: 8”, 10”, 12” and 14” ball valves with double acting actuator; 8”, 10” and 12” ball valves with single acting actuator; 20”, 24”, 26” and 36” eco tech butterfly valves; and up to 40” spherical disc valves and up to 10” plug valve. Accessories: solenoid valve as per Namur standard; limit switch box with position indicator as per Namur standard; filter + regulator with gauge; manual override; pneumatic valve positioner; electro-pneumatic valve positioner; I/P converter; and air lock valve.
