Wire Straightening cum Cutting Machine

Imperial Products of India has achieved a big name in manufacturing of processing handling and forming lines for service centres, automotive industry, catering to cold rolling mills, manufacturing and service industries. Imperial wire straightening-cum-cutting machine is very useful where straightened cut pieces are required in bulk quantity and in precise lengths. The machine is suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous materials and industries manufacturing locks, electrodes, cycle parts and auto parts, fans, umbrellas, etc. Feed rollers pull the wire from decoiler and push into the straightening unit. After set length of wire is achieved it is sheared by small power press, which is an integral part of the main machine. Cut pieces are colleted in trays. This is a fully automatic machine and is made for wire rods, dia 1.0 to 25.0 mm. Maximum straightening speed is 40 ft/min.
