The component straightener from Imperial Products Of India is a CE-mark product for straightening of clutch plates, washers, profile cut pieces, laser cut, plasma cut, press cut and other cut pieces. It straightens the component to the maximum flatness accuracy of 0.025 mm depending upon the physical properties of the material and its profile. The machine consists of odd number of straightening rollers with equal number of back up rollers in multiple rows made of HCHCR material, hardened and ground. Each straightening roller is driven by a propeller shaft through differential gearbox. The main gearbox and motor are sourced from very reputed companies. The ends of all straightening rollers and back up rollers are supported on needle roller bearings of INA/IKO and phosphor bronze bushes/radial ball bearings with single shot lubrication by a hand operated or motorised pump.
