Vibrating Fork Type Level Switch

Vibrating Fork Type Level Switch has been developed for sensing the level of free flowing powder like cement, steel, ore, fertilizer, food grains, coal, sand chips, etc. The level switch consists of a control unit and fork, which can be integrated with the control unit. The control unit can also be remote mounted. The remote control unit option is selected when the process temperature exceeds 150 degree cent. The enclosure for control unit is sturdy cast Al, IP 65 suitable for field mounting. Standard length for the fork is 250 mm. Other lengths of fork up to 3 metres. is also available on demand. The ambient temperature for the switch is 60 degrees. The temperature in vessel for integral type level switch is 150 degrees.
