Proximity Switches for Chemical Industry

Proximity Switches are specially developed for use in the chemicals industry. These switches have an intrinsically safe circuit certified by competent authority for use in hazardous area. These are provided with special non-corrosive thermoplastic housing, special oil with chemical resistance PUR cable. Inductive proximity switches are generally used for position sensing of metallic parts. They are exclusively used for position, speed sensing and counting applications. Switches from size diameter 4 mm, M5 to M80 are offered having sensing range up to 50 mm. Capacitive proximity switches are used for level sensing of any solid, liquid or granules.
