Signal Conditioner

AG Measurematics offers Signal Conditioner. It is designed for producing usable analogue output proportional to relative motion between the core rod and the coil assembly of any LVDT based transducer. It incorporates stable sine wave oscillator for LVDT excitation, low noise amplifier, phase sensitive demodulator and low pass filter. NPL traceable calibration facility is used to calibrate the LVDT-signal conditioner as a set. It is provided with panel-mounting mains operated digital indicators for monitoring, display and control applications. Microprocessor based instruments have facility of built-in LVDT signal conditioner for measurement, peak-hold facility, real time data processing, set-point control computer linked-up operation and local data storage, multipoint position or gauging applications can be handled through field proven data acquisition system and application software programmes. Product range includes signal conditioner cards with voltage (0 to 10V) and/ or current (4 to 20 mA) output for OEMs, signal conditioner housed and multi-channel cabinets, mains operated signal conditioner in housed in weatherproof boxes for hostile environment and miniature signal conditioner in cylindrical stainless steel housing. Applications include spring and material testing machines, test rigs, geo-technical instrumentation and engineering research.
