Electric Actuators

Peregrine Technologies offers Electric Actuators, NK Series. This is used for damper and valve control in combustion systems, burners, incinerators, boilers, kilns and furnaces in industries such as steel, aluminium, metal refining, automobile, glass and ceramics. This actuator can especially be used under difficult operating conditions and space restrictions. This is equipped with a robust housing made of anti-corrosion zinc die-casting in protection class IP65; also optionally available in IP66 and 67. This covers a torque range from 10 up to 15 Nm with actuating times between 15 and 60 s/90°, a 4 Nm-version with 3 respectively 4/90° actuating time is also available. This actuator is perfectly suited for regulating smaller and smooth running industrial fittings. Equipped with optionally available position indicator this is the perfect choice for electronic compound fuel/ air control in industrial fuel engineering. Mounting the actuator on butterfly valves or smooth-running ball valves is an easy and economic task thanks to the large variety of available adapters. Features: compact design; robust housing; corrosion-resistant/IP65; high control accuracy; license to Ex Zone 2/22; torques - 4 up to 15Nm; actuating time - 3s/90° up to 60s/90°; turn- and swivelling range - 300°; voltage - 230 V, 50 (60) Hz; and special voltages are also available.
