Peregrine Technologies Private Limited in collaboration HÖGFORS OY, Finland, offers V-Port Ball Control Valves to the Indian Industry. The ‘V’ Ball Control Valves are specially designed to provide accurate and reliable control in demanding applications, particularly in the pulp and paper, dairy and food, power, and chemicals and mining industries. The valves are available with “flanged” as well as “wafer pattern” constructions. The valves are manufactured in stainless steel throughout with hard-chromed V-port ball with choice of seats in stellite or PTFE. The V-port gives an excellent control characteristic, which is intermediate between linear and equal percentage. The shaft packing box has tightable graphite seals. The valves can be offered with various actuation options for automatic control – finest pneumatic rotary actuators with choice of positioners (electro-pneumatic/pneumatic) and other accessories, also electric and electro-hydraulic actuators with various control interfaces are available.
