Cut-to-length controller

Gadiya Electronics manufactures cut-to-length controller, specially designed for working in industrial shop floor environment. This is a microcontroller-based compact unit employing latest technology. It accepts input from proximity/rotary encoder/linear scale or any other transducer. The display resolution can be set as required and the units can be displayed directly in terms of mm, inch, metre, or as required. The units come with two outputs - standard first output is energised to give signal of approach value or to reduce the speed of the indexing unit and the second output is the actual value to be cut. In case if more outputs (more than two) are required then they can also be provided as per requirements. The device is suitable for cutting cable, pipe, paper, wire, etc. Operating voltage can be 230 V AC or 12 V DC as per requirement.
