Gadiya Electronics has wide range of microcontroller based industrial automation products under brand ‘tgs’ catering to industrial automation. The range includes Linear Indicator cum Controller. The unit is microcontroller based. It accepts linear input from linear potentiometer and directly displays in terms of mm or inch as required. It has facility to measure absolute as well as relative position. The controller has high linearity coupled with high speed scanning for instant response. Display remains stable and accurate even in fluctuating supply conditions. Standard two set points are available. They can be set in three different modes through the program. The controller has 7-segment, 6-digit bright display with a 5-key keypad for parameter setting. They are housed in compact size of 48 x 96 x 110 mm panel mounting type housing. Memory back up for the parameters can be retained for over 10 years. Other models are also available which display length and also give proportional linear output (0-10 V DC) corresponding to absolute position linear potentiometer. The unit works on either 230 V AC or 110 V AC, and an in-built noise filter ensures trouble free operation even in electrical noisy environment. These find applications in Go-No-Go checking systems in QC, presses for stroke measurement and control, welding machines, etc. Special purpose controllers as per requirement can also be provided.
