Gadiya Electronics has wide range of Industrial Automation products under brand name “tgs” and caters to industrial automation segment. The company offers a Load Controller. This is available in a compact size of 96 x 96 x 110 mm in panel mounting housing. It accepts input from load cells and displays directly in tonnes/kg/gm. The LCD display is utilised fully by flashing messages making it friendly in operation. It offers very good accuracy and repeatability. Standard 2 outputs are available, higher outputs as per requirement can also be provided. Other features include: microcontroller based design; 16 x 2 line backlit LCD; memory back up of over 10 years; 7-key keypad for easy parameter setting; settable decimal point/max load; peak hold display facility; tare facility; password protection for system parameters, optional RS485 communication port; and operates on 230 V AC. Special purpose load controllers with higher outputs and special operation cycle can also be provided. Applications are in presses for measuring pressing force, packaging machines, construction machines, SPMs etc.
