The energy saving lamp controller is entirely solid-state. The device enables the user to save up to 50% power without a proportionate reduction in the light output. There is a 10% energy saving with a 3% drop in illumination and 17% for 10% drop in illuminalion. The device controls entire circuits of lighting. It is a superior alternative to switching off lamps on a selective basis to save energy as that results in uneven distribution of light.
