Multi-Sensor Measuring Machine, O-Inspect

Plugs no larger than a few millimetres, cellphone cases, implants – O-Inspect is a true all-rounder and easily masters every measuring task. O-Inspect combines the best from measuring technology with the best from optics: it is equipped with a contact and an optical sensor. This is the ideal solution for applications in the plastics industry, medicine and automotive technology and in precision mechanics – always when a large number of components have to be measured quickly with high accuracy. Key features: O-Inspect uses a proven design principle – it is a bridge-type measuring machine with a rigid bridge and a moveable table for high accuracy and optimum accessibility. It has a premium basic configuration, because its standard configuration is multi-sensor technology. VAST contact scanning and optical measuring are in one machine. Machine technology: reliable drive technology with precision roller bearings in all axes, highly dynamic drives and automatic drive monitoring, and compensation of guideway errors (CAA corrected). O-Inspect is ideally equipped for inline measuring with completely covered guideways and integrated damping. It is built with already field-tested components: Zeiss Vast XXT scanning sensor for contact measuring, Zeiss zoom lens for optical measuring, and in-house machine components developed for precision.
