This is a compact high precision form tester used to measure the roundness, cylindricity & straightness parallelism of small parts and automotive components. The component family comprises of 2 wheeler crankshafts, gudgeon pins, hydraulic cylinders, camshafts, rocker arms, tappets, etc. Features - high precision rotary table of 20 nano meter accuracy; automatic centring and tilting capability; column of 300 mm or 500 mm with high straightness of 0.2 micron; radial axis with scale to ensure diameter comparisons; patented holder for detector with quick swivel arrangement; CNC measurement capability; high speed of movement of column up to 50 mm/sec; and rotary table with 14400 point collection ability.
