Carl Zeiss India offers Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine, VISTA CMM. This is an ideal machine, offers a wide measuring range while using minimal floor space (400 mm x 500 x 350 mm). It is designed with ease-of-use and operator comfort as the major priorities. Vista best-in-class accuracy is guaranteed over a temperature range of 18°C to 22°C. The critical X- and Z-axis beams are made of a nonporous ceramic that is virtually unaffected by temperature changes, moisture and other contaminants. Even heat transfer from the operator"s hand on the Z-axis during manual measurement is reduced. Vista CMM is made of high-quality Zeiss components and is built with advanced construction techniques. For extra rigidity and stability, Vista CMM use patented air bearings to support all four sides of the Y guideway and advanced low-mass ceramic on the critical X beam and Z-axis spindle. The capstan drive offers quick acceleration and high speed for CNC operation. The CMM stand (designed using FEA - Finite Element Analysis) and the granite table offer a sturdy and stable mounting base for the workpieces.
