Humidity And Temperature Mapping Data Loggers

These are 16-channel data loggers with 16 inputs, 8 each of humidity and temperature. These are connected to 8 combined humidity and temperature transmitters. Each transmitter has 2 outputs, one each for humidity and temperature. The data logger is connected to the transmitters using a 4 core shielded cable of length 15-mtr each (or any length desired). The data logger is thus kept at the centre of the room or outside the chamber with the transmitters connected to data logger via a 15-mtr cable. The transmitters are kept at the various locations in the room or inside the chamber and they transmit the data onto the 16-channel data logger. The data logger has an inbuilt memory of 3000 records with user settable time between successive records. It can be connected to an 80-column dot matrix printer for online printing and also has a RS232 computer connectivity port for connecting onto a PC or laptop. Optional RS485 Modbus RTU protocol computer connectivity can also be provided for communication. Software is provided for monitoring real time, historical graph, online trends and excel sheet report generation. The transmitters are capable of measuring temperatures from -40 Degree celsius to +120 Degree celsius. The standard range shipped out is from -30 to +50 Degree celsius. The transmitters are available with or without display. The display is a 2-line backlit LCD display with 0.1 Degree celsius/0.1 Percent RH resolution. The transmitters have a very high accuracy of +/-0.5 Degree celsius and +/-1.8 Percent RH. The 16-channel data logger along with all the 8 humidity and temperature transmitters are encased in a metal enclosure with individual slots for each transmitter and handle for easy portability. The kit is used extensively for validations and mapping of clean rooms, storage rooms, cold storages, humidity chambers, computer rooms, laboratories, etc. The data logger along with the transmitters is provided with calibration certificates traceable to National Standards.
