Ace Instruments manufactures Digital Vacuum Indicator Transmitters using integrated high accuracy imported vacuum sensors and housed in aluminium LM-6 alloy flameproof and weatherproof enclosures certified by CIMFR, Dhanbad. The vacuum indicator transmitters are available in both 0 to 760 mm Hg gauge version (model AI-VACF) and also the 760 to 0 Torr absolute version (model AI-VAC F ABS). The display is a 4-digit, 7-segment red LED display of height 0.56â€, lending it greater visibility in industrial harsh environments. The accuracy of the instrument is ±0.5%. The basic integrated imported vacuum sensor has a stainless steel diaphragm with stainless steel 316 wetted parts. The process connection is ½†BSP male threaded end and suitable adaptors for all sizes are freely available. The instrument enclosure has two points of ¾†ET cable gland entries for flameproof cable glands. The instrument comes with two versions of input power supply – 230 V AC, 50 Hz and also 24 V DC. It has an optional 4-20 mA retransmission output corresponding to the input range. This 4-20 mA retransmission can be used for feedback on PLCs, SCADA or data logging. The flameproof digital vacuum indicator transmitter is recommended for use on high vacuum distillation reactors, columns, vacuum pumps and vacuum ejector systems.
