Level Switch with Rope Probe

RF Admittance Type Level Switch with Rope Probe is used for sensing the level of solid items like cement, lime, iron ore, food stuff, milk powder, flour, salt, plastic granules, powder & granules, and salt in a hopper. It monitors the level of pile on stacker declaimer. The rope is designed with heavy duty GI wire having diameter of approx. 16 mm supported with counterweights. The sensing probe of this switch is designed using special shield having coat guard circuit and hence nullifies the effect of deposition on the probe. Control circuit can be integral with sensor probe or it can be mounted remotely if temperature at the product is higher than 100o C. The level switch is suitable for highly dusty environment. It is also simple to install and easy to maintain.
