Zwick Pendulum Impact Testers are used to carry out Charpy, Izod and Impact Tensile tests to National and International Standards efficiently and easily. Pendulums of capacities between 0,5 and 50 Joule, standardized specimen supports and inserts, as well as clamping devices that can be easily interchanged without the need for time intensive adjustments are available for testing a wide range of specimen materials, specimen cross- sectional areas and different test standards. It has got two types. The analogue display presents a low price solution for standard applications. The display is imprinted with different scales, each to tend value of the various pendulums.. The drag pointer is used to enable the absorbed energy to be read off direct on the scale after the test. The pendulum testers are equipped with high performance microprocessors that process all important data. Standard pendulums are pre-programmed.
