Level Switch with Rod Probe

RF Admittance Type Level Switch with Rod Probe is used for sensing the level of solid items like cement, lime, iron ore, food stuff, milk powder, flour, salt, plastic granules, powder & granules, and salt in a hopper. The rod is designed with heavy duty SS rod having diameter of approx. 40 mm. When the material touches the rod, output signal is activated. The sensing probe is designed using special shield having coat guard circuit and hence nullifies th effect of deposition on the probe. Control Circuit can be integral with sensor probe or it can be mounted remotely if temperature at the product is higher that 100o C. The level switch is suitable for highly dusty environment. It is also simple to install and easy to maintain.
