Electronica Mechatronic Systems (India) Private Limited manufactures height gauges that are built based on LM guide technology. The system with rigid construction has aluminium alloy rail and special bearing material ensuring repeatable performance of height measurements. The unique gluing technique takes care of differential thermal expansion. Power supply is by means of a 3V-lithium battery (Type CR 2032). This gauge is suitable for shop floor environment. Functions of the height gauge are zero setting, data hold, mm/inch conversion, reference point, error message, low battery message and RS 232 data output (optional).
