Welding Controller For Arc Welding Machines

AB systems n equipments has introduced a welding controller for arc welding machines for the first time in India. Controlling the arc intensity was not possible with the ordinary arc welding machines used by the fabricators. This controller works like a fan regulator. It controls the welding arc from minimum low to high. It very easily gets connected to existing arc welding machines. Benefits of using this controller is that one can weld thin metal sheets (24 swg) and use thin welding rods (16 swg). Also due to its ability to control the flow of current it gives: smooth welding bead; saves almost 25% on electricity consumption; welding joints without making holes on the job; reduced spatter on the job; is available in single phase (230 V AC) and 2 phase (415/440 V AC) input; and can be connected to any arc welding machine/transformer. It is a heavy-duty product and has been put to continuous use. Also available as a module for OEM buyers. It helps reduce the size of transformer and so reduce weight of lamination, which means reduction in cost.
