These are known fact that DC welding joints are of far superior quality with less power consumption. Welding rectifiers are quiet expensive as compared to AC arc welding machines and hence rectifier attachment is a very good alternative for all sheet metal fabricators. Connecting this equipment converts an ordinary AC welding machine to a full functional DC welding rectifier and gives all benefits that come with any welding rectifier having electronic arc control. Features: controls the flow of current to precise required levels; easy start of arc; negligible micro spatters or no spatter depends on job; saves labour of cleaning the spatters from the job and also saves your body and garments from burns caused by large hot flying spatters; clean joints with uniform bead; saves almost 25% on electricity consumption; the DC output can be used for TIG welding. Models with single-phase, 230 V AC and 2-phase, 415/440 V AC input and output up to 400 A are available.
