Welding Alloy (Corodur 250 K)

CORODUR 250 K deposits a fully austenitic, tough, work hardening type of deposit. It rapidly work hardens from 200-250 to 450-500 BHN. It is ideally suited for buffer layers before welding over old hardfacings. The deposits resist high strinkage stresses and impact loads.Corodur 250 K is used extensively for repairs of earth moving equipment buckets and shovels, high tensile tools and dies, clutches, crane wheels, earth moving undercarriage parts, gear wheels, crusher hammers, mantles, jaws, and rails. It is available in 1.6, 2, 2.4, 2.8 mm in 15, .30 and 300 kg spools.
