Welding Alloy (Corodur 65 Z)
CORODUR 65 Z is a flux cored wire depositing a C-Cr-B-W-V alloy forming very hard carbides to resist extremely strong mineral wear. The deposits can retain hardness up to 6500C. With a hardness of 63-65 RC and high temperature wear resistance, it is ideally suited for sintering plants, augers, blast furnace bells and parts in screening units. CORODUR 65 Z is available in 1.6, 2, 2.4, 2.8 mm in 15, 30 and 300 kg spools.
