Automatic Welding Positioners

TG-TR Series positioners are available up to 300 kg capacity. Standard Model: bench and column positioners for automatic and manual welding of circular pieces. Maximum load 75 kg, 200 kg and 300 kg with horizontal table. Rotation activated by a direct current electrical motor, speed electronically adjusted by current feedback. Tilting table 0-90°. All the functions are electronically controlled by the front panel. Pedal supplied as a standard. BA Model: as the standard model, with additional pneumatic arm for the support and movement of the gun towards the initial welding point. It allows millimetric adjustment on 2-axis. It eliminates errors or faults due to the possible instability of the hand. Thanks to the automatic movement of the gun towards the welding point, the arm is particularly suited to the orbital welding of pieces where extreme precision in required. BaC Model: as BA model with additional tail-stock driven by a pneumatic cylinder fixed to a sliding support on the bench, which follows the orientation of the table. It is extremely useful for centering and blocking the workpiece. The working length between the tail-stock and the table can be customized on request. Provided with bimanual control. BaCb Model: as BaC model with additional robust bedplate, which guarantees high stability and, if required, allows for the fitting of a second arm for the simultaneous or non-simultaneous execution of two orbital welding processes.
