Pathak Industries (Kol), an SSI Unit, offers Planing Machines.

The HIPAT Planing machine has sufficient rigidity against heavy and accurate cutting operation. The bed, double column, table & cross rail are of rigid heavy box section casting duly seasoned. Automatic lubricating system on two V-guides for the table provided and table drive is by spur gear & rack arrangement.

The main bearing for the gearbox are cast solid with the bed and gear teeth are hobbing machine cut. Gunmetal bushes have been provided for all the shafts and bearings for loose pulleys.

Extra tool holders, Side Tool post, Motorized forced lubrication system, speed control gearbox, Vertical & Horizontal Milling head, Grinding attachment can be provided at extra cos, if ordered.
