Facing & Centring Machines

Hariss Machines offers Facing and Centring machines. These are suitable for a variety of jobs. The machines are sturdy and rigidly built to ensure lasting and reliable working for years. These facing and centring machines are available in two versions – two headed and four headed. Two headed machines are suitable up to 30 mm dia and 600 mm length in two models. Four headed machines are designed for sizes beyond the above sizes and tailor made to specific requirements. In four headed machines, the job is held in the centre in the hydraulically operated vice through a foot switch/manually through a self-centring vice. The spindle heads move forward to do face milling operation followed by a centring operation. All operations are controlled through PLC programme. These machines can also be adopted for the boring, boring and facing, drilling on one end or both ends by changing holding vices and tools.
