Hariss Auto copying Lathes have been developed keeping in view the present day needs and of the Industry i.e., faster material removal rate, use of optimum cutting parameters with minimum cost of Production, ensuring minimum idle time of the machine fast approach and retraction of the tool, quicker job loading/unloading and maintenance within the reach of conventionally trained technicians. Six different models are available with center distance upto 750mm for a variety of operations like Turning Facing, Copy Turning, Boring, Grooving etc. In variety of components in Automotives and General Engineering Industry.
The 60 degree inclined Bed is fitted with hardened liners and Moving slide fitted with Turcite Lining. The tail stock is hydraulically operated and is controlled with a food pedal swtich for forward and backward movement. The operation sequencing is through PLC (optional) and copying accuracy is within 0.05 mm.
