Universal Hydraulic Copy Turning Attachment
Hariss Machines offers a universal hydraulic copy turning attachment, marketed all over India for the last 30 years. This attachment is used by a variety of manufacturers of automotive components and general engineering components. The attachments are universal and can be mounted on any centre lathe on the back side and can be used for external parallel turning with 90° shoulders or for internal copying shoulder or for face turning. These improve production and quality and reduce dependence on the skill of the operator. There are five different models to be selected from, depending on the job and machine. Standard attachments are with double arrangements and a variety of special accessories like auto turret, push button, remote control for movement of copying slide, extra long rail, special for longer lengths, etc. These attachments have copying accuracy on any good lathe and rigidly clamped job can be copied within ±0.025 mm.
