Automated Motorised Compactor

Prodaid Engineers (P) has developed a Compactor for optimising the material/component holding capacity of the container. The arrangement consists of a motorised reciprocating platform of size 1100 x 1300 mm, suitable for keeping containers of 1200 mm depth and 2000 litres capacity. The platform mounted on slide with bearing which have a horizontal movement of 50 mm strokes and variable from 30 to 100 cycles/minute. The system is ideally suitable for compacting of materials/components while these are being loaded into the container in order to optimise the holding capacity. An electrical panel is provided with VFD unit to vary the cycles/minute. The system requires 230 V, single phase, AC, supply and consumption is equivalent to 60 Watt.
