Face Milling Machine

Minimatic Machines offers a Face Milling Machine. This machine is used to face single side of a job. For production purpose, the job is mounted by fixtures or vice for perfect location, so the size of the job can be maintained. The machine is operated by hydraulic and PLC electronic control. The spindle has four bearings: like 2 taper roller and two cylindrical roller bearings to take heavy loads of cutting. The job can also be clamped by hydraulics. The machine is useful for mass production of similar jobs. It is available in two models - 300 mm slide movement and heavy model of 600 mm movement. The company has well equipped, well-set, state-of-the-art industry standard full-fledged workshop with all facilities in-house. It uses high quality raw materials, top-level machining processes, and personal monitoring at every stage of manufacturing, from complex designing to finishing colour process.
