Minimatic Machines offers a double head face Milling Machine. This is most useful for gang milling operation for better parallelism, productivity, less cycle time and consistence quality. The machine has two milling heads and two between cross slides. The head can be fixed at required position, and the job is mounted on slide by using fixtures. Slide movement is controlled by hydraulics and is PLC controlled. The machine is useful for 90 mm to 250 mm job width and max cutter dia 160 mm. The machine is useful for mass production to do both face at a time. The company has well equipped, well-set, state-of-the-art industry standard full-fledged workshop with all facilities in-house.
