Facing & Centering Machines are suitable for variety of jobs for these operations, These machines are sturdy and rigidly build to ensure lasting and reliable working for years. These Facing & Centering Machines are available in two versions i.e. Two Headed Machines and Four Headed Machines. Two Headed Machine are suitable upto 30 mm dia. and 600 mm lenghts in two models, where is Four Headed Machines are designed for sizes beyond the above sizes and are tailor made to specific requirements. In four headed machines the job is held in the center of the hydraulically operated vice through a foot switch/manually through a self centering vice. The spindle heads move forward to do face milling operation followed by a centering operation, all these operations are controlled through PLC Program. These machines can also be adopted for the Boring, Boring and Facing, Drilling on one end or both ends by changing Holding Vices and tools.
