Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd offers a range of Modular Units for Machine Building. The company, engaged in designing special purpose machines for close to two decades, later decided to manufacture a range of turning machines based on customers’ requirements. The company has over the years developed its own range of modular units. This gives them the flexibility to reduce the lead time for machine building and enhances the quality of machines. Some of the modular units are: servo self-feed spindle units; self-feed spindle units; CNC turning spindle units; slide mounted spindles units; and multi spindle heads. The company developed the first self-feed machining unit in 2002, and has been since then using them on its own machines as well as those designed for sale. These units are robust in design and construction and over the years we have continuously optimised them to take on a variety of machining tasks such as: drilling, reaming, counter boring, milling, etc. These units are available in 3 variants: pneumatic with hydro check feed; hydraulic feed; and servo feed. As the company is engaged in Specials Business, it can offer Specials versions of these units to suit specific user requirements: heavy-duty imported turrets for better accuracy and chip producing capacity; and tool wear checking system. Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd is an engineering company founded in year 1994 by a father and son team of technocrats. It provides solutions to the automobile and precision engineering industry, in design and manufacture of: special purpose machines; sub-assemblies like spindles and slides; and automation systems – robotic automation together with Reis Robotics of Germany. The company also manufactures precision parts, mainly for exports.
