MACHT Technologies (P) Ltd has launched new generation of servo self feed Spindle Heads, MSSF 3x60 and MSSF 6x100, for machine tool building. MSSF 3x60 has drilling capacity of 3 mm in C45 steel and a fully programmable stroke of 60 mm; and with 15000 RPM and spindle nose run-out of less than 5 micron, this spindle head is well suited to perform micro drilling operations. MSSF 6x100 has a drill capacity of 6 mm in C 45 steel with a fully programmable stroke of 100 mm. The spindle nose has a run-out of less than 5 microns and a maximum designed speed of 7500 RPM this unit can be used for precise drilling / reaming and deep hole drilling applications. The mono-block body design imparts the heads high rigidity and accuracy, resulting in longer service life. Spindle heads are designed with different mounting arrangements, to suit the customers’ machine design.
