Hariss Machines offers CNC Lathes and CNC Chuckers. These are slant bed type, robust and compact machines carefully engineered by people with long experience in design, production and servicing of CNC machine tools. The design parameters of the machine allow optimum utilisation, a long and accurate working life. The modular construction and insistence on the use of best inputs ensure the user a trouble free and easy to maintain machine. Salient features: robust slant bed; 8-station bi-directional turret (optional feature); automatic centralised lubrication; fully enclosed splash guard with sliding door; complete coolant system; removable swarf tray/chip conveyor (optional); LM guides on Z-axis and hardened ground guideways with Turcite lining on X-axis; electronic hand wheel (manual pulse generator); hydraulic chuck and foot switch for the same; and hydraulic tailstock. The CNC chucker models are also slant bed at 45 angle. The machine runs on LM guides on Z-axis and option of LM guides/hardened and ground guideways with Turcite lining on the X-axis. The machines have gang type tooling (tools and tool holders preset on a tool plate for quick set up). In the CNC chuckers, 160 mm dia hydraulic chuck special collets and foot switch can also be provided.
